Les Deux Maggots Café, Paris, France

While the conditions on the stage were a little cramped, the Boys were still able to put on a fantastic show. One of the highlights of the show, a real crowd pleaser every night was BB9's rousing rendition of Freres Jacques, done in the standard 12 bar blues format...simply amazing.

Dam Plaza, Amersterdam, Netherlands

On a cold and windy night the boys were able to entertain a very excited crowd. When BB9 unloaded JJ Cale's classic "One Step Ahead of the Blues", the fans erupted into a state of frenzy. Many seemingly losing all control of themselves and charging off into the night, apparently towards the Red Light District!

The Highwayman Pub, Sheriff Hutton, Yorkshire, England

It was great to see BB9 playing on their "Home Away From Home". The locals really seemed to enjoy the show. In between gulps of beer and mouthfuls of Yorkshire Pudding, they showed great enthusiasm. As always, the local favorite was BB9's cover of Bob Dylan's "You Ain't Goin' Nowhere". And having Jeff Beck sit for that one really added a nice touch.

The "Cock and Bull" Pub, Sutton-on Forrest, Yorkshire, England

This was a very intimate setting and a true spontaneous event. The band had originally tried to just take a night off. But even out in the wilds of Yorkshire they were recognized by the locals and guitars were thrust upon them. What could they do but play their hearts out. It isn't every day folks in Sutton-On-Forrest get to hear original talent like this from "across the pond" and the boys weren't about to let them down.  BB9 had to dig deep into their set list to come up with a couple obscure gems. Two that went over particularly well were the old Jonny Ray classic, "Whiskey and Gin" and Mr. Jagger's rousing version of "Don't Think Twice". At the end of that one, it is safe to say there wasn't a dry eye in the house.

After this whirl wind tour, the boys are taking a well deserved rest and planning their next "Blues Assault".
